In those cases, FMV generally acts as a service provider processing information on their behalf, and you should also review the manufacturer's privacy policy.

Limited browser storage may be used to persist non‑sensitive UI or configuration state across reloads. Core data, records, and analytics are stored and processed server‑side.
We do not sell personal information. Cookies and similar technologies are used for operational, analytics, and product‑improvement purposes only.

Some of our service providers may process data through infrastructure located outside Australia (primarily the United States), though primary data storage remains within Australia.
Where personal information is disclosed or accessible overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient handles the information in a manner consistent with the Australian Privacy Principles, including through contractual protections.

- Role‑based access restrictions;
- Internal policies and staff training.
No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.
