01 How long does it take to actually go live?
For your core product line it's usually about 30 days from handshake to live, as long as you can get us your products, fitment rules and pricing. We scope the line with you, load it into Fit My Vehicle®, run a few real quotes together to test it, and then switch your "Get a quote" for that line over to the quote builder. After that, you're using it on real jobs for 60 days under the guarantee.
02 What happens when a fitment rule needs to change?
You change it. The rules engine sits in your Settings, no code, no developer ticket. Edit a rule (say CANOPY‑LEN‑MAX‑1800) and every channel, your Builder, the Workspace, every dealer, picks it up on next quote.
03 How does it work with MYOB or Xero?
MYOB stays the source of truth for SKUs, pricing and invoices. Fit My Vehicle® reads them on a two‑way sync. When a quote is accepted, Fit My Vehicle® creates the invoice in MYOB automatically; your accountant's workflow doesn't change. Xero works the same way.
Other stacks (Reckon, NetSuite, custom ERP), ask us. We've integrated to most of them.
04 Does Fit My Vehicle® replace HubSpot or our CRM?
No, it sits in front of it. Fit My Vehicle® handles the quoting process end to end: the configurator, the pricing, the rules, the workspace your team uses, the deal pipeline and the customer relationship around the quote. We feed the details you need back into HubSpot or your CRM so it stays the source of truth for everything else.
05 What if a customer can't self‑serve and just wants to call?
That's exactly what the Workspace is for. Your sales team uses the same configurator the buyer would, with one extra screen for full visibility into pricing, margins, dealer tiers and notes. They build, price and send a quote in under five minutes from a phone call, with no double entry into MYOB or your CRM.
06 Where is Fit My Vehicle® based, and who'll I actually be talking to?
Sydney. Our team is on the ground in Australia, same timezone, same trade. The person who scopes your kickoff is the same person who builds your rules and shows up to your dealer rollouts. No offshore support handovers, no ticket queue overseas.
07 Do my dealers need to learn another system?
Yes, but barely. Each dealer gets a branded workspace with their own pricing and access; the engine and rules underneath are shared with you. Most dealers are issuing live quotes inside an hour. We run a short walkthrough call for every dealer on your network in week three.
08 How does it plug into my website?
Fit My Vehicle® sits on top of your existing website. We don't rebuild or re‑platform anything.
In practice, we:
- Add a "Build my vehicle quote" button to your site, and
- Connect it so that when someone clicks it, the Fit My Vehicle® Builder opens in a window on your site.
There are two ways to do it:

You (or your web person) give us temporary access, we add the button and connection, then confirm it's working. - Your IT / web team does it
We send them a short Website Integration guide with the exact snippet and steps. For a typical WordPress / Shopify / Wix / custom site it's under 5 minutes of work.
